The hotel rooms were large, clean, and modern with excellent Wi-Fi, offering a great view and a pleasant smell. They were spacious, well-appointed, and the best I've experienced in Vietnam. However, the location was a little far from restaurants and shops, although it was quiet and a short ride away. The service was friendly overall, though slightly frazzled during check-in. The dining experience had a good mixture of Western and Asian food with a limited variety, and the facilities were notable for their quality.
The hotel's rooms are simply stunning, well-laid out, and spotless, offering excellent facilities throughout. Though on the smaller to medium size, the comfort is undeniable. From the bath to the bedroom, the design was truly outstanding. The service provided by the extremely kind and caring staff was exceptional, always with a smile and ready to assist with anything. The location, while a bit far from the city center, offers a quieter atmosphere typical of Vietnam, yet still accessible to key attractions. Though the dining options were basic, the overall experience was decent. The facilities provided were top-notch, maximizing the overall stay.
I was amazed by the spacious rooms that led out onto a large patio, offering a great view and a pleasant atmosphere. They were clean, comfortable, and undoubtedly the best place I have ever stayed in Vietnam. However, the glass panel between the bathroom and room might not be ideal for families with kids.
The hotel offers spacious and well-furnished rooms with all the usual amenities, including a nice clean bathroom that always brings a smile. While the service was average and not overly friendly, the F&B team was very helpful. The location is a bit outside town but easily accessible by taxi or a pleasant walk. Overall, the facilities are satisfactory but could be upgraded.

Although the dining experience was not great, the overall comfort and aesthetics of the room beat the regular standard, making it well worth it. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, offering a relaxing stay.
